Delivery

After you have placed your order a member of our Customer Services team will contact you via email to inform you of the delivery date.

If you wish to change the delivery date please call our Customer Services team on 01782 524077, alternatively you may reply to the original email with your preferred date.

If you have any special delivery instructions (example: if we are out please leave at number 52) please call our Customer Services team and our drivers will try their very best to comply.

Our drivers won't drop your tiles off at the roadside and drive away, where possible they'll carry the tiles over the threshold into your home.

We aim to ship website orders within 4 working days.

Orders under 100kg are delivered by a parcel courier (City Link).

Orders over 100kg are delivered by a pallet courier (Bassett Transport).

The pallet courier will use a lorry that is approximately the same size as a fire engine therefore please call our Customer Services team if access to your property is limited.

Cartons of tiles can be very heavy therefore our driver will often use a pallet trolley. Please call our customer services team if anything could obstruct a pallet trolley (e.g. gravel drives, steps, curbs and steep inclines).

A delivery charge of £28 is applied to orders below £200. Orders above £200 are delivered free of charge.

We deliver to mainland UK only.

We reserve the right to apply additional delivery charges for the following post codes: PA20-PA79 inclusive, PH6-PH11 inclusive, PH15-PH41 inclusive, HS1-HS9 inclusive and AB30-AB56 inclusive or within any area with a post code beginning with IV, KW, or ZE.
